2026 comprehensive mentorship

This complete and progressive classical Pilates teacher training offers full apparatus certification plus the tools to take your place as a Pilates change-maker

Ask a gigging Pilates instructor about their purpose … the answer is almost always, ‘helping my clients’.

Primary teacher training usually focusses in tight on one aspect … getting you confident enough to lead classes. Once you have your piece of paper, it’s truly time to stretch your skills and ensure you are equipped to work with anyone who walks through your door.

I am opening my treasure chest (and studio) so you can benefit from the tools I have developed over the last 23 years including contemporary, Classical, archival Pilates as well as my tertiary qualifications in Exercise Science and (soon) Exercise Physiology. The Movement Refinery and The Pilates Teacher Network is ready to offer you a big step forward into the deepest expression of your craft to date with a once-in-a-lifetime 12 month training mentorship.

This programme is extensive and if you put in the work, it will be as transformative for your work and career as Pilates has been for your body and mind. Welcome to Pilates nerd heaven; read on and you’ll realise that no mentorship (especially in Australia) goes this deep - access from Melbourne, Australia or on Zoom if regional/remote.
